Moises Hidalgo is Moses from the Christian bible. He was a warrior that died at the hands of the Egyptians. He was resurrected and given powers by his dormant Ambient Gene.

One of his powers is a healing factor that ages him at an almost immortal rate. Since that time, he has used his abilities to fight against an Alien race called the Helfuriians who have been trying to conquer mankind for ages. He stopped fighting them when they went underground.

He has spent the last century of his life in Texas amongst Mexican Immigrants. He adopted Mexican culture and took the name Moises Hidalgo to assimilate.

He was discovered by the U.S. Government agency known as Black H.O.R.S.E. (Homeland Organization Researching Super Entities) and was asked to join them in keeping track of and policing supernatural beings and occurrences. He agreed after seeing the carnage that has been left behind by super powered beings misusing their abilities.

He was chosen by Black H.O.R.S.E. to oversee a team of Super Powered Texas Rangers known as the Ranger 6. Managing the Ranger 6 is a joint venture between Black H.O.R.S.E. on behalf of the federal government; and the State of Texas. He was given the codename Ranger Zero.

After discovering that the Helfuriian race has been working in the shadows to continue on their quests for global and intergalactic conquest, he also become a liaison to the United Nations sanctioned international team of superheroes known as Battle Hammer.

Abilities:

Moises Hidalgo is an Ambient Being which means that his cells absorb energy from the Ambient Dimension and convert it into his unique power set:

• He is a telepath with the ability to read minds, communicate telepathically, and control minds via telepathy.
• Hydrokinesis; the ability to control water on a telekinetic level.
• He has a healing factor that ages him at a near immortal rate and heals him from all wounds or diseases. He needs to have his Ambient Gene deactivated in order for him to be killed.
