Larissa McQueen is a singer in the rock band called The Cruelty. She and her bandmates transported drugs in their tour bus for a London crime lord named Benjamin Bigsby who owns their record label: Bigsby Records.

One day the bus was caused to crash by a criminal contractor named the Road Pirate who was hired by the Viking Gang: The Bigsby Gang’s biggest rival. This killed Larissa McQueen and her bandmates.

This activated Larissa’s dormant Ambient Gene; resurrecting her and giving her Ambient Dimension based powers. Her bandmates turned out to be Ambient Beings, as well. Parts of the tour bus had décor made of Ambient Stone. Their constant exposure to the Ambient Stone mutated their physiology and gave them the Ambient Gene.

She began to gain popularity because of her amazing voice and her management decided to have her pursue a solo career. During a performance, her powers kicked in and she accidently killed a group of concert goers. This ruined her career. She went back to singing for the Cruelty and took on a role as an enforcer for the Bigsby Gang.

Larissa grew up as a music prodigy in a household of classically trained musicians. She rebelled against her parent’s strict tutelage by becoming a rock musician. She wanted badly to become successful and prove her parents wrong. Because of her failures as a musician, she harbors a lot of resentment and takes it out on rivals/victims of the Bigsby Gang as an enforcer.

Abilities: Larissa is an Ambient Being. Her cells absorb energy from the Ambient Dimension and convert it into her own unique power set.
• She can emit a sonic scream from her lungs with variable concussive force to either stun a living entity or completely obliterate solid matter.
• She can elicit subliminal whispers that allow her to influence people’s actions depending on how strong their will power is.
• She can spread out her sonic scream to confuse scanning technology.
