Full Name: Dr. Steven Van Zandt

At a young age, Steven Van Zandt showed a natural talent and possessed a passion for painting. He wanted to pursue art, but his genius scientist parents forced him to follow in their footsteps. He resentfully became a geneticist to avoid being cut off from the fortune his parents earned from their many technological innovations.
He possessed their genius and became an accomplished geneticist, earning himself a spot among the elite scientists at the New England Technology Institute (NETI).
He never gave up his passion for art. Human and animal subjects became his canvas; his laboratory became his brush. He conducted many unethical and illegal experiments on humans and animals; splicing DNA from different species to create his own “works of art.”
His cruel experiments on animals provoked an attack by the Animal Rights Terrorist known as the Animal King who bombed Dr. Van Zandt’s laboratory at NETI. This left the right side of Dr. Van Zandt’s face permanently disfigured, and pushed him over the edge.
Dr. Van Zandt attached a face plate that resembles an artist’s palette and has taken his genetic modification to a higher level: modifying humans and animals against their will and unleashing them to show the world his art.
He implants cerebral devices on his “GenMods” to keep them under his servitude.
